The Guild is your local non-profit Professional Photographer’s Association, just as Florida Professional Photographers is the State Association and the Professional Photographers Association of America is the national group. The Professional Photographers Guild of Mid Florida is the local association that exists solely for the benefit of the central Florida professional photographers that make up its membership. Our guild meets on the first Thursday of each month for a specialty seminar by a professional photographer or image competition and education. The goal of the Professional Photographers Guild of Mid Florida is to assist our members to grow to their fullest potential in their common interest of photography. August 2023 – The Posing Clinic w/ Bill Cadzow
Posing is one of my four basic elements to consider when making a portrait. This creative process can make or break the final image. It can be the difference between an award-winning meritable image or not.
July 2023 – Roundtable Discussion
Let’s try something new for our July Meeting. Instead of a speaker we are going to have a guild roundtable discussion about all things related to photography.
June 2023 – Model Group Shoot
This will be a group shooting event. There will be no formal instruction, therefore you may use the images you capture from this event for photo competition.
